 DAO QUANG HIEU, a Vietnamese graduate student (Class of '19) from the Department of Port Logistics System at Tongmyong University, has successfully secured full-time employment at 'Royal D&L International Co., Ltd.', a freight forwarding company located in Jung-ang dong, Busan, starting August 18.

After completing two years at University of Transport and Communications in Vietnam, Mr. Hieu transferred to Tongmyong University as a junior, earned his bachelor's degree, and subsequently completed his master's degree in Port Logistics Systems. During his master's studies, he received structured career guidance from ILS (conducted by a former Tongmyong University professor with industry background), gaining valuable hands-on experience through internships at international logistics firms and trading companies.

During a recent corporate visit, Jo Ju-young, a fellow alumnus from the same department currently with three years of industry experience, served as a mentor. She shared practical advice to support foreign graduates in settling down in Busan and contributing to local enterprises as competent global professionals.

ILS will continue to empower international talents and bridge the gap between global graduates and local industries.
